All transactions are in UK Pounds Sterling.
UK VAT at 17.5% is included in the prices shown.
We only deliver to the address registered to the Credit Card.
Our delivery costs are competitively priced and are shown when you view your cart, and through the checkout process.
There is FREE shipping on the value of goods ordered over £30.00.
We do everything we can to hold as much stock as possible but during busy periods these can become depleted.
If any of the goods are out of stock we may hold back your order for a few days if we are waiting for stock to arrive but we will always notify you if there are going to be significant delays to your order.
You can then decide if you want to cancel any part of your order.
We may offer you an alternative but you are not obligated to accept it.
We reserve the right not to accept your order. This is at our sole discretion and a reason does not have to be given.
As part of our company policy we aim to reduce the amount of waste that we generate and help to do our bit towards a better environment. Therefore you are highly likely to receive recycled packaging items used for the packaging of your order.

While we are sure that you will be delighted with your purchase from Floral Crafts and Cards if you do find something unsatisfactory, in the first instance please use the form provided on the Contact Us page or contact us by telephone.
UK Law allows you, (the consumer) a Cooling off period:
This is to allow you, (the consumer) the opportunity to examine the goods or consider the nature of a service.
Please Note: Personalised goods or goods made to a consumer's specification CANNOT be returned
If you, (the consumer) decide to cancel an order, written notice must be given to us, (Floral Crafts and Cards) within seven working days from the day after that on which the goods have been received by you, (the consumer).
You, (the consumer) must ensure that reasonable care is taken of any goods received and return them to us at your cost.
The goods must be as new, UNUSED and in their original packing. It is your responsibility ensure the goods are returned safely.
You are strongly advised to obtain a proof of postage from the post office or your carrier. We will not accept responsibility for the loss of any items during transit.
No returns will be accepted without a returns number which will be given to you in writing. This must be clearly labelled on the outside of the packaging together with the return address that we will provide, NOT the product.
We will refund your money as soon as possible and, at the latest, within 30 days of receiving the written notice of cancellation.
No credit or refund shall be made for goods until we have received them complete.
The cost of Postage & Packing is not refundable.
Business to Business transactions are not covered by these regulations
All goods remain the property of Floral Crafts and Cards until paid for in full.
